Dear families, friends and guests,
The value of a Catholic education can never be overstated or its reach imagined! As we celebrate our 63rd year along with all who made this milestone possible, we welcome you to see for yourself the amazing programs, dedicated staff, committed families, and engaged children who make up our vibrant community!
We appreciate your visit to our school website and hope you find the information enlightening and welcoming.
We are not the same school that opened its doors back in 1957 and yet we are in the ways that matter. We have kept the best…high expectations, accountability, a rigorous curriculum, Christian values and a commitment to being accessible to all who want a remarkable education. To these, we have added computer technology for all students and in all classrooms, computer programming for our middle school, languages, robotics, drama, music and art programs that bring out the creative side in all our students. Our Extended Day program recognizes the need for care outside of school hours for working parents and carries our message of fun, service and safety for the children who attend.
Having recently been awarded our fourth accreditation by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, we point with pride to achieving the highest rankings possible in all fifteen standards evaluated during the NEASC visit.
We are truly proud of our graduates who have gone on to the high schools of their choice, many of whom received extraordinary scholarships from both Catholic and private high schools. Saint Jerome School ranks among the best in the archdiocese based on test scores and student experience. We will continue to work to make sure every student graduates from Saint Jerome with the tools necessary to be successful.
At Saint Jerome School we are committed to academic excellence, a strong faith-filled environment and service as a way to build God’s community both on campus and beyond. We are proud of our students, grateful to their families for allowing us to partner with them in their children’s academic growth and faith development, and indebted to the parish for their support for sixty years.
As pastor and principal, we hope you will use this site to learn more about our school and the many exciting opportunities we offer. Our students, parents, faculty and parishioners look with pride on the accomplishments we have achieved together and to a future bright with promise.
We welcome you to return often to see the most recent school news or, better yet, come to campus for a visit and witness first-hand the love of Christ made visible in our community.
In the joy of Christ,
Fr Huy Nguyen, Pastor Mr. James Hauser, Principal
